Teaching? Hot Yoga Teacher Training Spring 2010 - Las Vegas NV and Inferno HOT Pilates Teacher Training Fall 2015 - Atlanta GA 

How often do you practice?
At least 3 times a week; sometimes different styles in the same day.

Almost every day, sometimes 2/3 classes a day – Merritt Island, West Orlando, and Titusville

What is it that you like most about teaching Hot Yoga?
I feel that I have the correct tools in my hands. I feel as a maestro conducting a body symphony – sometimes I have to hold my arms to avoid distracting the student.

Do you now or did you have any pre-existing medical conditions prior to starting Hot Yoga that you are willing to share with us?
Yes. After my pregnancy I stopped dancing frequently. I developed “Fibrosis in my belly. I lost my stretching and I had to have a surgery to remove a big “Pancake/Fibrosis” from my belly. Unfortunately, it returned again. I had a second surgery and after that I went directly to Hot Yoga – after trying other kinds of yoga. It worked for me. Now I’m more flexible than before.

What changes have seen in your body since practicing Hot Yoga?
I am more flexible than ever and I lost all the fat in my body. I have muscles and I lost inches. I feel very strong. I returned to my teenager body.

Why did you go to training and why do you teach Hot Yoga?
After 6 years living here in the USA, I was thinking what kind of job I would like to do here. I am a Brazilian girl, and all things I do is with passion. I fell in love with Hot Yoga. So next step will be to become a teacher. I decided (making a plan with my family – to stay away from home for 9 weeks) to go to teacher training and learn from the source, all the information about this incredible yoga.

Is there anything else that you want to tell others about teaching Hot Yoga? When you do this yoga your body becomes a POWERHOUSE! Trust in the process, it really works!
