What is it that you like most about teaching Bikram Yoga? Empowering people by helping them to use, understand, and ultimately appreciate their bodies.
What changes have seen in your body since practicing Bikram Yoga? I’ve seen huge improvements to my symmetry, alignment, and endurance, and my over all well-being.
Why did you go to training and why do you teach Bikram Yoga? I went to training for a lot of reasons, but I teach Bikram because I know it works.
